We want you to love your Itzy Ritzy gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to parenting in style.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack It Up
Securely package your items in their original Itzy Ritzy packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship & Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
